Overview\nWe are looking for a Software Engineering Analyst with experience in Java development and ServiceNow to support the design, development, testing, and implementation of software implementation.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.\nDesign, develop, test, troubleshoot, and document applications and software solutions.\nDevelop and implement Java-based applications in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.\nSupport ServiceNow development and implementation based on business requirements.\nFollow established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and development standards.\nWork with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business and customer requirements.\nParticipate in testing, deployment, handover, and post-implementation support.\nIdentify and resolve technical issues, escalating complex concerns when necessary.\nEstimate development effort, track progress, and deliver assigned work within agreed timelines and budget.\nMaintain accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of outputs.\nIdentify potential risks and provide recommendations to help ensure successful project delivery.\nShare knowledge and provide guidance or mentoring to junior team members.\nContribute to continuous improvement of development processes and solutions.\nQualifications:\nSome relevant experience in software development or a related IT role.\nExperience with Java development.\nFamiliarity with relational databases and SQL.\nExperience with ServiceNow development is preferred.\nBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nITIL certification.\n ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
