Solution Development\nAssess clients’ energy consumption, operational requirements, and sustainability objectives.\nConduct initial site assessments to evaluate solar PV project feasibility.\nRecommend appropriate solar panels, inverters, battery storage, mounting systems, and related components.\nExplain system design, projected energy generation, savings, payback period, and other technical considerations to clients.\nSales & Business Development\nIdentify and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.\nGenerate leads through prospecting, referrals, networking, partnerships, and other business development activities.\nConduct client presentations, technical consultations, product discussions, and solution presentations.\nBuild and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.\nProposal & Costing\nPrepare technical and commercial proposals for solar projects.\nDevelop system sizing, equipment specifications, project costing, and estimated returns.\nPrepare quotations based on project scope, equipment, installation requirements, and related costs.\nCalculate estimated energy production, electricity savings, payback period, and potential project returns.\nMarket & Product Development\nStay updated on developments in solar energy and renewable energy technologies.\nKeep informed about solar PV systems, inverters, battery storage, and energy management solutions.\nMonitor relevant industry standards, government programs, incentives, and regulations.\nTrack competitor offerings, pricing, technologies, and market trends.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience in solar energy, renewable energy, electrical systems, or energy solutions is preferred.\nExperience in technical sales, solution selling, business development, or project sales\nStrong understanding of solar PV systems and related components.\nExperience preparing technical proposals, quotations, system sizing, or project costing.\nAbility to interpret electrical plans, site requirements, energy consumption data, and utility bills.\nStrong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.\nWilling to conduct client visits, site assessments, and other field
