manuals, documentation, and established procedures when resolving issues.\nCustomer Support\nHandle customer concerns and technical complaints related to installed systems and equipment.\nExplain technical issues and troubleshooting steps clearly to customers.\nCoordinate with relevant teams when issues require further technical assistance or escalation.\nProvide timely and professional support throughout the resolution process.\nDocumentation & Ticket Management\nMaintain accurate records of customer concerns, technical assessments, and troubleshooting activities.\nUpdate ticketing systems and related technical documentation.\nDocument issue resolution and maintain records for tracking and reference.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.\nExperience in technical support, after-sales service, troubleshooting, or a related engineering function.\nBackground in renewable energy or solar energy.\nExperience in a startup environment is an advantage.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nGood technical troubleshooting skills.\nStrong customer service and communication skills.\nAbility to understand and work with technical manuals and
