standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain architecture documents that address stakeholder requirements and align with enterprise technology strategy.\nTranslate business requirements into functional and technical solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders and engineering teams.\nGather, analyze, validate, and document functional and technical requirements.\nEnsure proposed solutions support business objectives and the organization's long-term technology roadmap.\nPresent solution architecture and design recommendations to technical teams, business stakeholders, and other relevant audiences.\nDevelop and maintain long-term technology roadmaps for assigned systems and platforms.\nLead technical design discussions and workshops, translating outcomes into clear functional and technical documentation.\nAssess existing systems, infrastructure, and network environments to understand the current technology landscape, identify dependencies, and highlight potential security risks.\nDefine and document the architecture and integration approach for new systems, applications, and interfaces between existing platforms.\nCollaborate with engineering teams and subject matter experts to evaluate solution options and develop appropriate architectural designs.\nPromote knowledge sharing and alignment between business and technology teams.\nConsider security, availability, resilience, integration, and operational requirements throughout the solution design process.\nQualifications and Experience\nProven experience as a Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, Technical Architect, or in a comparable architecture role.\nBackground in IT infrastructure, systems development, or a combination of both.\nStrong experience in requirements analysis and translating business needs into technical solutions.\nMandatory hands-on experience with Salesforce and Workday.\nExperience with MuleSoft or comparable enterprise integration platforms.\nKnowledge of cloud solutions and high-availability deployment strategies.\nStrong understanding of solution architecture principles, security architecture, and secure system design.\nFamiliarity with IT risks, cybersecurity principles, and operating system technologies.\nDemonstrated ability to produce clear, comprehensive architecture, functional, and technical documentation.\nFamiliarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or comparable methodologies.\nStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.\nProactive approach to project participation, problem-solving, and collaboration.\nAbility to quickly understand technical details and assess unfamiliar technologies.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to evaluate technical and commercial considerations when developing solutions.\nArchitecture Frameworks and Modeling Languages\nFamiliarity with one or more of the following frameworks and modeling languages is advantageous:\nArchitecture frameworks: TOGAF 9, Zachman, UAF, Agile, and FEAF.\n Modeling languages: BPMN, UML, and ArchiMate.\nPreferred Certifications\nRelevant certifications are advantageous, including:\nSalesforce Architecture certifications.\nWorkday certifications.\nCloud Solutions Architecture certifications.\nOpen Group architecture
