compliance with established procedures and service standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nOrder Management and Supply Chain Operations\nProcess sales and purchase orders in SAP or other ERP systems, ensuring that order details, quantities, and delivery requirements are accurate and processed within established timelines.\nCoordinate product phase-in and phase-out activities for assigned markets and customers.\nMaintain accurate customer and material master data and update relevant information as required.\nSupport changes in demand and production requirements by coordinating with manufacturing facilities and relevant stakeholders.\nMonitor product availability, order status, and shipment schedules to support continuous supply and minimize fulfillment delays.\nCustomer Service and Logistics Coordination\nCoordinate with factories, suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouses to facilitate timely shipment and delivery of goods.\nMonitor end-to-end shipment progress and follow up on outstanding deliveries to ensure on-time and in-full fulfillment.\nProcess transportation-related transactions and update shipment information in relevant systems and
