efficiency.\nConduct system testing, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide user training to ensure successful system implementation.\nTroubleshoot and resolve system errors, software issues, data inconsistencies, and other technical concerns.\nEnsure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of system programs and business data through regular validation, testing, and corrective actions.\nMaintain proper technical documentation, including system specifications, program changes, testing procedures, and implementation records.\nFollow established data security policies, access controls, and information management protocols.\nEvaluate and recommend new technologies, software solutions, and system enhancements to address business requirements.\nProvide technical assistance for software installations, configurations, and other IT-related concerns as needed.\nPerform other related duties and special projects as assigned.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.\nRelevant experience in systems development, application programming, or software development.\nKnowledge of programming languages, database management, system analysis, and software development processes.\nExperience in system testing, debugging, implementation, and technical documentation.\nFamiliarity with data security, data integrity, and application maintenance.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nGood communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with end users and cross-functional teams.\nAbility to manage assigned projects and deliver accurate, reliable solutions within agreed
