implement computer programs and applications based on approved business requirements.\nEvaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements to improve functionality, efficiency, and user experience.\nRequirements Gathering and User Support\nCoordinate with end users and department representatives to understand their system requirements and operational concerns.\nConduct system demonstrations, user acceptance testing (UAT), and user training before and after implementation.\nSystem Testing and Implementation\nPerform program testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to identify and correct errors before deployment.\nImplement approved system changes, updates, and new applications with minimal disruption to business operations.\nSystem Administration and Maintenance\nMaintain and monitor assigned applications, programs, and related computer systems.\nPerform routine system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure continuous and efficient operation.\nData Security and Integrity\nFollow company policies and established procedures on information security, data privacy, and system access.\nHelp protect company information against unauthorized access, loss, and improper modification.\nProject Documentation and Reporting\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, program updates, testing results, user guides, and implementation procedures.\nKeep records of system modifications, troubleshooting activities, and completed projects.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field.\nPreferably with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in systems development, programming, application support, or IT-related functions.\nBasic to intermediate knowledge of programming languages and software development.\nFamiliarity with database management, SQL, and data handling.\nKnowledge of system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.\nFamiliarity with computer hardware, software installation, and basic network concepts.\nUnderstanding of information security, data privacy, and system documentation.\nAbility to gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into workable
