retail, distribution, or related industries.\nExperience with Oracle APEX, PostgreSQL, or similar database platforms and development technologies is an advantage.\nKnowledge of systems analysis, software development, database management, and data security protocols.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.\nGood communication skills, with the ability to gather user requirements, provide technical assistance, and conduct user training.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively to deliver system projects and enhancements.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, program, test, implement, maintain, and upgrade computer systems and applications independently or in collaboration with the team.\nGather and analyze user requirements to ensure that developed or enhanced systems meet business needs and operational requirements.\nPlan, recommend, design, and evaluate systems solutions, including packaged software, development tools, and other technology-related projects.\nConduct user acceptance testing (UAT), resolve identified issues, and provide user training to support successful system implementation and adoption.\nEnsure compliance with data security protocols and maintain the confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of system data.\nPrepare and maintain complete technical documentation, including system specifications, program changes, testing results, and implementation procedures.\nTroubleshoot hardware and software issues, including system errors, installations, repairs, and end-user technical support.\nIdentify opportunities to introduce and implement new technologies, system enhancements, and process improvements to improve operational efficiency.\nReview, validate, debug, and correct programs and data to ensure accuracy, reliability, and integrity.\nMonitor system performance and functionality, address technical issues, and recommend appropriate solutions to maintain
