Responsibilities\nDevelop, test, implement, and maintain computer systems and programs, working independently or collaboratively with the team.\nGather and analyze user requirements to ensure that system solutions meet business needs.\nConduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide user training when necessary.\nPlan, design, analyze, and recommend system enhancements, software solutions, and technology tools.\nTroubleshoot hardware and software issues, including installations, repairs, and technical support.\nEnsure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of programs and data.\nFollow data security protocols and established IT policies.\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation for system development, upgrades, and implementations.\nEvaluate and introduce new technologies to improve business processes and system performance.\nPerform other related duties and special projects as assigned.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience in systems programming, software development, application support, or systems analysis is an advantage.\nKnowledge of programming languages, databases, and software development methodologies.\nFamiliarity with system testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and implementation.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.\nAbility to gather requirements, communicate with end users, and work collaboratively with different teams.\nKnowledge of data security, data integrity, and system maintenance practices.\nAble to work independently, manage assigned projects, and meet deadlines.\nPreferred Technical Skills\nExperience with programming languages and database technologies.\nFamiliarity with Oracle APEX, PostgreSQL, or similar platforms is an advantage.\nKnowledge of application development, system integration, and database management is a plus.\nWhat We
