The successful candidates will support the hiring of critical and niche positions, with a strong focus on identifying and engaging qualified talent for hard-to-fill technical and specialized roles.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for recruiters with experience in technical recruitment, niche sourcing, RPO, or executive search who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned technical and niche roles.\nSource, identify, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.\nConduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates against job requirements.\nBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for hard-to-fill positions.\nPartner closely with hiring managers and recruitment stakeholders to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.\nEndorse high-quality and relevant candidate profiles based on the specific requirements of each position.\nConduct candidate interviews and provide recruitment recommendations and feedback.\nManage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.\nMonitor recruitment progress, provide regular updates, and help drive roles toward successful closure.\nSupport multiple hiring requirements simultaneously while meeting agreed timelines and recruitment targets.\nRequirements\n3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably handling technical, specialized, or niche positions.\nStrong experience in technical sourcing and recruitment.\nProven ability to recruit for hard-to-fill and highly specialized roles.\nStrong sourcing skills, particularly through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.\nExperience managing multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong candidate assessment, interviewing, and communication skills.\nExcellent verbal and written English communication skills.\nStrong stakeholder management and coordination skills.\nAbility to work independently and deliver quality candidate profiles within tight timelines.\nHighly Preferred\nCandidates with experience in any of the following will have an advantage:\nRPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)\nExecutive Search / Headhunting\nTechnical recruitment\nIT recruitment\nSpecialized or niche recruitment\nVolume recruitment combined with niche hiring\nRecruitment for senior or specialized technical positions\nLocation: Rockwell Business Center, Tower 3, Meralco Compound, Ortigas Avenue, Pasig, 1604 Metro Manila\nWork Setup: Hybrid\nContract: 3 months\nShift: Mid shift (3PM -
