This role is ideal for a hands-on engineering leader with strong expertise in product development, system design, and modern software architecture. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams while providing technical leadership across engineering initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the design, development, and enhancement of software products and platforms.\nDefine and maintain application and system architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.\nTranslate product requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.\nMake key architectural decisions across applications, APIs, and distributed systems.\nWrite and review code, ensuring engineering quality, maintainability, and performance.\nCollaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.\nMentor engineers and promote best practices in software development, architecture, testing, and deployment.\nDrive technical innovation by evaluating new technologies, frameworks, and architectural approaches.\nSupport Agile development processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and release management.\nEnsure successful delivery of product features while balancing speed, scalability, and long-term system sustainability.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nProven experience in a Technical Lead, Engineering Manager, Solutions Architect, Software Architect, or similar technical leadership role.\nStrong background in product development and software architecture.\nHands-on experience with backend technologies such as Java, Golang, Node.js, Scala, or other object-oriented/open-source technologies.\nExperience with React, TypeScript, or JavaScript is an advantage.\nStrong knowledge of SQL databases, including MySQL or PostgreSQL.\nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native or containerized application environments.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or similar tools.\nSolid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and modern architectural patterns.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience building enterprise software products, SaaS platforms, e-commerce, retail, logistics, or supply chain technology solutions.\nStrong system design and architectural decision-making capabilities.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nAbility to balance hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities.\nPassion for building scalable products and driving engineering
