issues.\nEncourage knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.\nHelp establish a culture of accountability, quality, and effective problem-solving.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nStrong professional experience in software development, particularly in backend development using Java, Golang, Node.js, Scala, or similar object-oriented/open-source technologies.\nProven experience leading, mentoring, or providing technical direction to software development teams.\nStrong understanding of software engineering principles, application architecture, and system design.\nHands-on experience with React, TypeScript, or JavaScript.\nExperience with relational databases and SQL, preferably MySQL or PostgreSQL.\nExperience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD and automated deployment tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or similar platforms.\nFamiliarity with GitOps environments such as ArgoCD, Kubestack, or similar tools.\nUnderstanding of OpenAPI standards and service-oriented architecture.\nExperience using modern coding/AI-assisted development tools is an advantage.\nStrong English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nNICE TO HAVE\nExperience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse management, procurement, inventory, or other retail technology environments.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum development teams.\nExperience building and scaling enterprise applications or
