You'll help shape hiring strategy, carry it out day to day, guide less experienced recruiters, and help build smooth, tech-enabled hiring processes that pair automation with real human insight.\nKey Responsibilities:\nStrategic Recruitment\nRun full-cycle recruitment for managerial, specialized, and hard-to-fill roles\nPlan and carry out outbound sourcing using advanced methods, including Boolean and X-ray searches, talent mapping, competitive intelligence, and in-depth LinkedIn and GitHub sourcing\nBuild and keep a healthy pipeline of passive candidates through proactive outreach and relationship-building\nCandidate Screening & Interviewing\nScreen candidates thoroughly and run behavioral interviews that look at both technical fit and cultural alignment\nAssess candidates against the company's core values\nWork with hiring managers to define role requirements and agree on the ideal candidate profile\nLead structured interviews and debrief sessions so hiring decisions stay objective and values-based\nAI-Driven Talent Acquisition\nUse AI tools and platforms, such as sourcing automation, resume screening, and chatbots, to make recruitment faster and easier to scale\nKeep exploring and adopting new technologies that improve the candidate experience and recruiter productivity\nChampion an AI-first but human-centered approach, balancing data-driven insights with empathy and good judgment\nStakeholder Management\nAct as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, sharing market insights and talent strategy recommendations\nSupport collaborative hiring decisions through structured interviews, scorecards, and data-backed reporting in the applicant tracking system\nDeliver a high-quality experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders\nMentorship & Team Support\nCoach and mentor junior recruiters and encourage continuous learning and innovation\nShare best practices in sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and the use of AI tools\nHelp drive initiatives that improve team performance, diversity hiring, and employer branding\nProcess Optimization & Reporting\nReview and improve recruitment workflows for efficiency, scalability, and compliance\nTrack and analyze key metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and source effectiveness\nPartner with People Operations and HR Tech teams to build seamless, tech-enabled hiring processes\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field\nAt least 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including executive search or headhunting\nProven track record in outbound sourcing and engaging passive candidates\nStrong command of Boolean search, X-ray search, and sourcing automation tools\nComfortable with AI tools and recruitment technologies, and eager to experiment and try new approaches\nExcellent English communication skills, both spoken and written\nStrong problem-solving and negotiation skills with both stakeholders and candidates\nGood planning and execution skills, with excellent time management\nAdapts quickly to change\nExperience mentoring or leading junior recruiters\nExperience working in fast-paced, high-growth, tech-driven environments, ideally in multinational companies\nFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems, CRMs, and AI sourcing platforms (e.g., iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, or
