This role will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing technical hiring requirements, and building a strong pipeline of technology professionals across the organization.\nThe ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on talent acquisition leader who understands the technical talent market and can effectively partner with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute IT talent acquisition strategies aligned with business and workforce requirements.\nLead recruitment for a broad range of technical, network, corporate, and commercial positions.\nPartner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.\nBuild and maintain strong pipelines of qualified technology professionals through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, professional platforms, and other recruitment channels.\nOversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.\nLead and mentor recruitment team members, ensuring effective workload management, recruitment delivery, and adherence to hiring timelines.\nDevelop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and highly specialized technology roles.\nUtilize recruitment analytics and market intelligence to identify talent trends, sourcing challenges, and opportunities for improvement.\nMonitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness, and quality of hire.\nCollaborate with regional and/or global People & Culture stakeholders to align local recruitment initiatives with broader talent strategies.\nStrengthen the organization’s employer brand and candidate experience within the technology talent market.\nContinuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and hiring effectiveness.\nKey Recruitment Areas\nThe role may support hiring across various technology functions, including:\nIT Infrastructure\nNetwork Engineering\nCloud & Systems\nSoftware Development\nCybersecurity\nData & Analytics\nEnterprise Architecture\nAI & Automation\nTechnical Support\nIT Project Management\nCorporate and Commercial Technology roles\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, with significant exposure to technology or IT hiring.\nPrevious experience managing or leading a technical recruitment team is preferred.\nStrong understanding of technical recruitment and the Philippine technology talent market.\nDemonstrated experience recruiting for specialized and hard-to-fill IT positions.\nStrong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job platforms, referrals, talent communities, and other sourcing tools.\nExperience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.\nStrong understanding of recruitment metrics, workforce planning, and talent market intelligence.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.\nHighly organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple recruitment priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe are looking for someone who can operate as both a strategic talent acquisition partner and a hands-on recruitment leader.
