The Manager will work closely with clients and engagement leaders to ensure projects are delivered effectively, within scope, timeline, and budget.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and oversee low- to medium-complexity consulting engagements related to technology, information security, cybersecurity governance, IT governance, and resilience management.\nDevelop and tailor work programs, methodologies, and deliverables based on the client's business and technology environment.\nLead project execution and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of engagement outputs.\nConduct technical briefings and provide guidance to engagement teams on project requirements and methodologies.\nServe as a key point of contact for clients and effectively manage client expectations throughout the engagement.\nCoordinate with engagement partners, senior managers, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.\nManage project timelines, resources, deliverables, billings, and collections.\nIdentify project risks, issues, and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions or solutions.\nDirectly communicate with clients regarding project status, findings, recommendations, and other engagement matters.\nReview and ensure the quality and completeness of project deliverables.\nLead, coach, and mentor team members to improve technical capabilities and overall performance.\nConduct regular feedback sessions and provide constructive performance guidance to team members.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of consulting methodologies, tools, and service delivery practices.\nSupport business development and other consulting initiatives when required.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, Accounting, or a related field.\nAt least 5 years of relevant experience in business consulting, IT assurance, technology risk, information security, cybersecurity governance, IT governance, or resilience management.\nStrong understanding of information security, cybersecurity governance, IT controls, technology risk, and/or business resilience frameworks.\nDemonstrated experience in managing projects, teams, and client relationships.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct technical briefings and communicate effectively with clients.\nStrong time management, organizational, critical thinking, and analytical skills.\nAbility to manage multiple engagements and priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.\nStrong leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities.\nPreferred Certifications\nISO 27001 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer\nISO 22301 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer\n Certified in Cybersecurity (CC)\nCompTIA certifications\n Certified Public Accountant (CPA)\nReporting Structure\nThe Technology and Cybersecurity Governance Manager will be part of the Digital Trust Services Practice -
