The Manager will also provide coaching and performance feedback to team members while working closely with Senior Managers and Partners.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage low- to medium-complexity consulting engagements involving technology risk, IT governance, information security, cybersecurity governance, and resilience management.\nTailor work programs and methodologies based on the client's business, technology, and risk environment.\nPlan, manage, and monitor project activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.\nConduct technical briefings and provide guidance to engagement teams on technology risk and governance requirements.\nManage staff, client, and partner expectations throughout the engagement.\nServe as a key client contact and directly communicate project status, findings, recommendations, and other engagement matters.\nReview project deliverables and ensure alignment with engagement objectives and quality standards.\nIdentify technology and governance risks and provide practical recommendations to clients.\nManage project resources, timelines, billings, and collections.\nLead people management activities, including coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.\nConduct feedback sessions with team members and support their professional development.\nCoordinate with Senior Managers and Partners on engagement strategy, delivery, and client matters.\nSupport business development and other technology risk and governance initiatives as required.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or a related field.\nAt least 5 years of experience in business consulting or IT assurance projects involving IT governance, technology risk, information security, cybersecurity governance, IT security, or resilience management.\nStrong understanding of technology risk, IT governance frameworks, information security, and internal controls.\nExperience managing consulting projects, teams, and client relationships.\nStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong time management, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities.\nAbility to manage multiple engagements and priorities in a consulting environment.\nPreferred Certifications\nISO 27001 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer\nISO 22301 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer\n Certified in Cybersecurity (CC)\nCompTIA certifications\n Certified Public Accountant (CPA)\nReporting Structure\nThe Technology Risk & Governance Manager will be part of the Digital Trust Services Practice -
