roadmaps.\nStakeholder Alignment & Team Mentorship\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with product managers, solution architects, and engineering leads to turn complex financial business logic into elegant digital experiences.\nDesign Reviews & Mentorship: Guide and mentor associate designers, facilitate research practices, and run structured design reviews to elevate overall team capabilities.\nRequirements\nEducation & Experience\n Education: Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience.\nProfessional Tenure: 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Designer, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating complex product UI/UX execution.\nDomain Advantage: Prior experience
