The position also oversees team development, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives across the sourcing function.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic Sourcing & Contract Negotiation\nDevelop and implement sourcing strategies that optimize procurement processes, manage costs, and support business objectives.\nLead sourcing initiatives and negotiations for complex, high-value vendor contracts.\nManage end-to-end sourcing events, from project initiation and RFP activities through negotiation and contract execution.\nNegotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contractual protections to achieve savings and minimize risk.\nReview and manage agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and mutual nondisclosure agreements (MNDAs).\nIT & SaaS Procurement\nLead strategic sourcing activities for IT hardware, software, SaaS subscriptions, and related technology services.\nEvaluate suppliers, market trends, pricing, and service performance to identify opportunities for cost optimization.\nPartner with Legal, Security, and business stakeholders to ensure appropriate contractual controls and risk protections.\nEnsure sourcing activities comply with applicable US procurement requirements and internal policies.\nLeadership & Stakeholder Management\nLead, coach, and develop sourcing team members, promoting accountability, performance, and professional growth.\nBuild effective relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business needs.\nDevelop strategic supplier partnerships and identify opportunities to expand sourcing value and spend coverage.\nReporting & Continuous Improvement\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sourcing processes, efficiency, and commercial outcomes.\nDevelop category strategies, sourcing roadmaps, and playbooks to strengthen negotiation and procurement practices.\nMonitor sourcing performance, spend, savings, and service-level metrics.\nPrepare and present regular reports on sourcing activities, project progress, supplier performance, and realized savings.\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.\nAt least 5 years of managerial experience in sourcing and procurement.\nExtensive experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management.\nExperience in IT procurement or sourcing, particularly software and SaaS contracts.\nStrong knowledge of the US sourcing and procurement environment.\nDemonstrated people management experience and ability to lead a sourcing team.\nProven track record of achieving cost savings through vendor negotiations.\nExperience managing RFPs, contracts, and end-to-end sourcing activities.\nExperience implementing continuous improvement initiatives.\nStrong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management
