up new workstations and configuring network equipment for branch openings.\nPrepare hardware, image computers, and follow deployment checklists to ensure consistency across locations.\nHelp test network changes in lab environments and report results to the technical lead.\nMaintain simple project logs and update timelines for tasks assigned to you.\nNetwork Operations\nMonitor network health and report anomalies using basic tools like ping, traceroute, and simple SNMP checks.\nSupport routine tasks such as IP address allocation, cable labelling, and switch port documentation.\nFollow standard procedures to assist with backups, simple firewall rules, and patching schedules.\nHelp keep inventory of network hardware and consumables up to date.\nUser Support\nProvide first-line support for staff IT issues, logging incidents and following escalation paths when needed.\nGuide users through basic troubleshooting for connectivity and account problems in clear, friendly language.\nAssist with account setup, password resets, and permissions under supervision of senior staff.\nContribute to a knowledge base by documenting common fixes and FAQs.\nRequirements\nQualifications & Experience\nCurrently enrolled in or recently completed a diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.\nNo prior full-time experience required, internships or lab project work is welcomed.\nAvailability for the internship period as agreed with our team and willingness to work from our office when needed.\nHard Skills & Knowledge\nBasic understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.\nFamiliarity with Windows desktop OS and basic server concepts such as Active Directory is preferred.\nComfort with physical aspects of IT work including cabling, rack mounting, and hardware installation.\nExperience using helpdesk ticketing tools, and willingness to learn network monitoring basics.\nSoft Skills & Qualities\nClear communicator who can explain technical steps to non-technical users and write simple documentation.\nCurious and reliable, with a focus on learning from hands-on tasks and
