The department provides project controls, cost management and data analytics to our project teams on complex, capital projects in the life sciences, food and beverage, mission critical, advanced manufacturing, and medtech sectors.\nKey Responsibilities:\nUse Microsoft Project to prepare overall baseline schedules comprising various phases i.e. Pre-concept/Concept Design; Basic Design; Detailed Design; Construction & Commissioning; Qualifications.\nCoordinate planning sessions as necessary to formulate project activities and scheduling.\nSet-up progress measurement/tracking for the various projects.\nCoordinate with the various project leads and stakeholders so as to take a proactive approach in driving projects.\nGenerate look ahead schedules to relevant project team members.\nMonitor critical paths and follow up accordingly with the relevant stakeholders.\nHighlight to the various project leads and capital project manager of any scheduling issues or potential problems.\nPrepare and issue regular project reports including biweekly/monthly variance reports.\nSet up and maintain Staffing Plan for the various projects as appropriate.\nTrack and monitor projects as per baseline project budgets, highlighting variances.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree holder in Engineering discipline\nMin 10 years of relevant experience\nPrior work experience in Manufacturing, Mission Critical and Pharma/Biopharma industries is preferred\nKnowledge of costing and scheduling of capital projects\n\nVast knowledge of all local legal issues, permits, and building codes involved\nSkills\nConstruction Management, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Budget Management, Site Management, FMCG, CGMP practices, Project Control, Electrical, Project Planning, Procurement, Project Management, Cost Reporting, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Scheduling, Electrical Engineering, Biopharmaceuticals, Chemical Engineering, Cost Control, Mechanical
