This is a unique opportunity to directly impact our growing company by assisting to ensure the smooth operations of our facilities. Under the direction of the Quality Manager, this role will support the production department through First piece, in-process and final inspections, early non-conformance detection and reporting of defective products. Verifies first piece and end of run samples. Evaluate parts, record results. Identify dimensional and visual defects using Quality Standard Check. Will complete and maintain records. Approve and reject parts based on test results and standards. Also, will inspect finished parts and conduct dock audits as specified in procedures\nRequirements\nKnowledge of ISO and other related quality system standards\nAbility to operate inspection/lab equipment\nStrong math skills\nStrong leadership abilities and good communication skills\nUnderstanding basic blueprint reading principles, understanding quality principles and practices.\nExperience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, optical comparator\nComputer skills - Excel/Word\nExcellent Attendance Mandatory\nCorrective/Preventative Actions Report experience\n2-5 years prior quality inspection experience\nPlastics/Molding experience a plus\nBilingual (English/Spanish) a plus\nWe are an equal employment opportunity employer.
