Visit pmmold.com to learn more.\nREQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:\nMust have a minimum of 3 year’s of experience with set up and processing of injection mold presses\nGood communication skills -written & oral\nMust be able to safely work around molding machines\nMust be able to work independently\nBasic math skills and mechanical aptitude\nMust be able to read, write & speak English\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nResponsible to debug & analyze auxiliary equipment and automation equipment.\nDebug/correct material, mold, process, press, automation, and auxiliary equipment problems\nEffectively adjust molding processes ensuring all documentation and ISO procedures are strictly adhered to.\nEffectively communicate to all levels of the organization.\nPerforms necessary preventative maintenance on molds & machines\nStart-up molds and set in process parameters\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nMust be able to hear machine alarms\nGood mobility, energy level & ability to routinely lift 50 pounds\nRequires good visual acuity and the ability to detect visual changes in plastic\nMust be willing and able to operate a forklift\nAble to climb ladders up to 6 feet\nPhysical strength to perform ratcheting motion to torque settings\nGood mobility for high physical activity including but not limited to reaching, standing, stooping, squatting, & crawling to access machine areas\nBENEFITS:\nPre-tax insurance benefits, including medical and dental\n401 (k) with company match and vesting plan\nVision, short term disability, and long-term disability\nPaid time off (holidays, vacation, birthday and more)\nWe are an equal employment opportunity employer.
