We support complex and high-demanding projects across the Energy, Industry, Infrastructure and Financial Services sectors, combining structured project controls with hands-on delivery support.\n\nOverview of the role\n\nWe are looking for a Junior Electrical Project Manager with a strong Electrical Engineering background and at least five (+5) years of relevant project experience in electromechanical, HV substation, energy and/or industrial projects.\n\nThe selected candidate will combine technical understanding with project management and project controls skills, supporting projects from design and procurement through construction, testing, commissioning and close-out.\n\nKey responsibilities\n\nSupport the Project Manager / Senior Project Manager in the day-to-day management of electrical, electromechanical, substation and industrial projects.\n\nCoordinate engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning activities, ensuring alignment with scope, programme, budget and project requirements.\n\nMonitor design deliverables, technical submittals, RFIs, approvals and interfaces among electrical, civil, mechanical, protection & control, automation and vendor teams.\n\nSupport the development, monitoring and updating of project schedules, WBS structures, milestones and short-term look-ahead programmes using MS Project and/or Primavera P6.\n\nTrack actual progress against the approved baseline, analyse critical path and schedule deviations, and support the preparation of recovery and corrective-action plans.\n\nMonitor contractor and subcontractor performance through site visits, progress verification, technical coordination and follow-up of agreed actions.\n\nPrepare project progress reports, dashboards, planned-versus-actual charts, S-curves, KPI summaries and management presentations.\n\nMaintain risk, issue and action logs and support timely escalation of technical, schedule, cost and interface risks.\n\nPrepare and participate in progress, technical and coordination meetings, issue Minutes of Meeting and drive follow-up of actions and decisions.\n\nSupport contract administration, project correspondence, Change Requests / Change Orders and the maintenance of records relevant to claims and contractual obligations.\n\nSupport cost monitoring, forecasts, commitments, progress measurement and Earned Value / project controls reporting where required.\n\nCoordinate testing, commissioning, punch-list and close-out activities and support the compilation of handover and as-built documentation.\n\nQualifications and experience\n\nBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and membership of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE).\n\nMinimum 5+ years of relevant experience in project / construction management of electrical or electromechanical works, preferably including substations, HV/MV systems, industrial facilities, energy or major infrastructure projects.\n\nGood knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning processes and the interfaces between design, site execution and vendors.\n\nSound project management skills covering planning, coordination, progress monitoring, reporting, risk management, change control and contract administration.\n\nHands-on scheduling capability with MS Project; knowledge of Primavera P6 will be considered a strong advantage.\n\nAbility to read and understand electrical drawings and technical documentation, including single-line diagrams, layouts, cable schedules and protection / control documentation.\n\nFamiliarity with substations, transformers, HV/MV switchgear, cable systems, protection & control, SCADA / automation and commissioning activities will be considered a strong advantage.\n\nProficient user of MS Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD; Power BI experience will be considered an advantage.\n\nPMP / CAPM certification or formal project management training will be considered an advantage.\n\nStrong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple technical interfaces and priorities.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
