In this role, you will play a pivotal part in coordinating and supporting the execution of major company projects and programs. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, ranging from construction and infrastructure investment to the development of new facilities.\nHybrid role-three days working remotely and two days on-site (office and/or field, depending on project needs).\nKey Responsibilities:\n Collaborate closely with Project Managers to coordinate project activities, track progress, and maintain project plans and documentation.\n Facilitate communication and coordination among project teams to ensure efficient project execution.\n Support the development of project, resource, and staffing plans, securing necessary resources.\n Track and report on project progress, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.\n Ensure that project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, cost, and regulatory compliance.\n Monitor performance and recommend schedule adjustments, cost modifications, or resource additions.\n Assess the impact of changes on project status, budget, and timeline.\n Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to drive consensus in key decision-making discussions.\n Coordinate the development and execution of key deliverables, presentations, and essential project documents.\n Lead and control project activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.\n Flexibility to work throughout the service territory as needed to support project meetings and deliverables.\n Requirements\nQualifications:\n Associate’s degree in a related field (Project Management, Business, Engineering, etc.).\n Proven experience in project management support roles.\n Strong organizational and multitasking skills.\n Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.\n Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.\n Ability to adapt to changing project needs and priorities.\n Preferred Experience:\n Knowledge of transmission lines or public utilities.\n Experience in conducting analysis and preparing presentations.\n Proficiency in advanced Excel for data manipulation.\n Experience in tracking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.\n Benefits\nBenefits:\n100% paid health insurance, 401K match and profit sharing.\nJoin our team and contribute to the successful execution of a diverse portfolio of projects that shape the future of our organization.
