As a Senior Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients' projects are executed efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with our clients, project managers, and construction teams to develop and implement comprehensive project schedules, monitor progress, and identify and mitigate any schedule risks.\nThe position is hybrid, two days working in Pomona, CA.\nResponsibilities:\nUsing P6 Primavera Scheduling Software develop Baseline Schedules for Electrical infrastructure projects.\nUpdate, maintain and track bi-weekly and monthly progress of all activities in the P6, Primavera Schedule.\nCollaborate with project managers and construction teams to identify key project milestones,\nand deliverables and incorporate this into the Project Schedule.\nProvide for Critical Path Analysis, Schedule Variance Analysis and develop accurate schedule.\nSkilled at master integrated schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and calculating earned values.\nReports that facilitate the Project Manager and key Project Stakeholders to make informed, decisions.\nProactively identify potential delays or conflicts and recommend appropriate solutions.\nAnalyze schedule impacts and provide accurate and timely reports to project stakeholders.\nEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.\nRequirements\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nMust be proficient in P6 Primavera Scheduling Software with a minimum of 7 plus years of proven and verifiable scheduling experience.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams.\nAttention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.\nFamiliarity with project management methodologies including Earned Value.\nBenefits\n100% paid health insurance, 401K match and
