This role manages small-to-medium construction projects or portions of larger programs, overseeing planning, scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, contract administration, risk management, and QA/QC. The Assistant Project Manager works closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects meet scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.\nThis full-time position offers a hybrid work arrangement and reports to the Senior Project Manager.\nOrganizational Responsibilities\nDirect day-to-day construction project planning and execution to meet project design, schedule, and financial objectives.\n\nSupport project manager in developing project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.\n\nPrepare project budgets, provide project cost forecasts and project cashflow, and cost performance.\n\nReview change orders, contracts, and payment applications.\n\nMonitor project cost performance by preparing project cost reports and cost variance analysis.\n\nMonitor project milestones, changes, and technical progress; develop recovery plans as needed.\n\nLiaise with owners, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve conflicts and align project goals.\n\nSupport contract administration and third-party vendor coordination.\n\nLead project meetings and facilitate communication across teams.\n\nIdentify risks, track project performance metrics, and recommend process improvements.\n\nAssist in preparation and review of submittals, RFIs, and change orders.\n\nInterface regularly with internal departments and external clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nPosition Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, accounting, finance or related degree;
