Responsibilities include managing and coordinating project activities, following up on action items, attending client and stakeholder meetings, generating meeting minutes, assisting consultants and client staff, and preparing progress reports and presentations.\nOrganizational Responsibilities\nCoordinate and track project activities and deliverables\nAttend project meetings and produce clear, timely meeting minutes\nSupport and assist project team members (consultants and client staff)\nPrepare and update project reports, presentations, and documentation\nEnsure consistent communication and follow-up with stakeholders\nPerform other duties in support of successful project execution\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field or the ability to demonstrate high quality on the job experience providing similar services\nMinimum of 1-5 years of experience supporting capital or municipal construction projects\nExperience with public sector design and construction projects strongly preferred\nFull-time availability, Monday through Friday (required)\nStrong verbal and written communication skills;
