Our Cost Analyst position is an excellent entrée into project controls and project management.\nThe Cost Analyst supports data management, real estate tax administration, financial analysis, and process improvement initiatives. This role leverages analytics, reporting, and AI-driven automation to enhance operational efficiency, support decision-making, and streamline business processes.\nOrganizational Responsibilities\nManage real estate tax, financial, and operational data, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.\nAdminister tax processing, payments, appeals support, invoices, and vendor-related activities.\nAnalyze large datasets to produce insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.\nDevelop Power BI dashboards and reports to improve visibility into key business metrics.\nDrive process improvements through automation, AI-enabled solutions, and workflow enhancements.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to support efficient execution of real estate operations and strategic initiatives.\nOther duties as assigned.\nPosition Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. \n1+ Years of experience in some combination of real estate operations, financial analysis, or cost control. \nFamiliarity with real estate taxes and invoicing processes preferred.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets.\nProficiency with Power BI or similar visualization platforms.\nDemonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve workflows, optimize data processes, or automate routine tasks.\nExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills.\nStrong communication and collaboration abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.\nExperience with MS Word and PowerPoint preferred. \nAn equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered in lieu of stated minimum
