The role also supports coordination and communication between the client (owner), architect, contractors, and project stakeholders, including formal reporting, meeting participation (some at night), and presenting project updates on behalf of the project team.\nOrganizational Responsibilities\nDirect day-to-day construction project planning and execution to meet design, schedule, and financial goals.\nOversee site supervision, contractor coordination, and reporting during construction and closeout phases.\nSupervise and coordinate third-party testing agencies and subconsultants.\nIdentify and manage project risks, change orders, and schedule deviations\nAssist with cost estimating, change order review, and financial tracking.\nMaintain project documentation, reports, and logs\nParticipate in project meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items\nManage QA/QC processes, coordinate design team site visits, and issue resolution.\nInterface with owners, end users, and community stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and communication.\nProduce meeting minutes Develop progress reports, presentations, and documentation to support project goals.\nOther duties as assigned.\nPosition Qualifications\n5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. in construction, project management, or a related field.
