real estate tax, financial, and operational data, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.\nAdminister tax processing, payments, appeals support, invoices, and vendor-related activities.\nAnalyze large datasets to produce insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.\nDevelop dashboards and reports to improve visibility into key business metrics.\nDrive process improvements through automation, AI-enabled solutions, and workflow enhancements.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to support efficient execution of real estate operations and strategic initiatives.\nOther duties as assigned.\nPosition Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. \n1+ Years of experience in some combination of real estate operations, financial analysis, or cost control. \nFamiliarity with real estate taxes and invoicing processes preferred.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets for document creation, data analysis, and developing dashboards and reports.\nAdvanced MSOffice skills including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and XLOOKUPs).\nExperience with enterprise business systems and data reporting tools, including Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, SQL, and Excel. \nProficiency with Power BI or similar visualization platforms
