In this role, you will lead all aspects of scheduling and schedule control for a large construction project. The project schedule will be highly detailed and will likely be cost- and resource-loaded.\nThis is an on-site position. We are seeking candidates who are local to the Indianapolis, Indiana area.\nResponsibilities\nLead the development, maintenance, and status updates of project schedules using Primavera P6.\n\nTrack progress against baseline schedules, identify critical paths, and analyze variances, delays, and impacts.\n\nConduct what-if analysis, time impact studies, and recovery plan evaluations.\n\nCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction professionals to gather schedule data and status updates.\n\nPerform routine site walks to validate project progress and ensure schedule accuracy.\n\nDevelop and present schedule status reports and dashboards.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nPosition Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field required.\n\nMinimum 7 years of related scheduling experience with Oracle Primavera P6.\n\nExperience on large construction projects is strongly preferred.\n\nPMP or PSP certifications a plus.\n\nStrong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.\n\nAn equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered in lieu of stated minimum
