This is a generalist sourcing and procurement role responsible for the day to day procure-to-pay functions in the Coupa software and responsible for sourcing strategies to optimize cost and overall spend management.\nWhile the role will have significant involvement in software and technology as well as event-related spend for PMC's media brands, the Procurement Manager will support additional categories and procurement initiatives based on evolving business needs.\nThe Procurement Manager will report to the Vice President of Procurement and work closely with stakeholders across PMC as well as cross-functional corporate teams.\nKey Responsibilities \nLead strategic sourcing initiatives across a variety of spend categories, including software/SaaS, technology, meetings and events, and other spend categories as needed\nPartner with stakeholders to understand business needs, develop sourcing strategies, and identify cost-saving opportunities\nLead RFx processes, supplier evaluations, pricing analysis, negotiations, and vendor selection\nReview, redline, and negotiate supplier contracts, renewals, amendments, and commercial terms\nOversee procurement operations functions by supporting Coupa and purchasing processes, troubleshooting issues, and providing internal user support\nAnalyze procurement spend and activity to identify cost savings and process improvements\nSupport special procurement projects and initiatives as business needs evolve\nQualifications\nAt least 5+ years of strategic sourcing and procurement experience across a variety of spend categories required\nExperience sourcing enterprise software/SaaS and technology, including pricing and contract negotiations required\nExperience leading end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFx, required\nStrong experience conducting pricing negotiations and cost optimization initiatives required\nStrong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills required\nAbility to review, redline, and negotiate supplier agreements, renewals, amendments, and commercial terms required\nExperience sourcing meetings, events, and production-related categories such as venues, catering, A/V, and production services\nHands on experience with Coupa Procure-to-Pay including purchasing processes, workflows, troubleshooting, and user support required\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment\nAs PMC values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture.\nTypical wage range: $80k - $95k + bonus.
