Commercial & Partnership Mastery\n- High-Stakes Negotiation: Manage annual agreements and Joint Business Plans (JBP) with e-commerce partners to ensure the brand stays ahead of the curve.\n- Stakeholder Influence: Build deep, long-term relationships with brand principals and key stakeholders at TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.\n3. Performance & Market Intelligence\n- Data-Driven Growth: Analyze brand performance and consumer behavior to pinpoint exactly where to double down and what needs fixing.\n- Stay Ahead: Monitor market trends and competitor moves, translating those insights into proactive action plans before the rest of the market catches on.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n\nThe Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in commercial or category management within e-commerce (FMCG experience is a major plus).\nThe Leader: You’ve led teams before and know how to push for excellence while keeping morale high. You move fast and communicate with clarity.\nThe Strategist: You understand the SEA e-commerce landscape operationally, not just theoretically. You know how to navigate CPAS, SEO, and the nuances of livestreaming.\nThe Analytical Thinker: You are comfortable in the data.
