Management\nGather, analyze, and document business requirements from key stakeholders.\nTranslate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.\nFacilitate collaboration between business units and IT to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.\nSystem Analysis & Transition Support\nLead analysis activities related to system transition and decommissioning initiatives.\nIdentify gaps in data structures, fields, and system functionalities, and recommend improvements.\nDevelop transition plans to migrate from legacy tools to enterprise platforms while minimizing operational disruption.\nSolution Delivery & Implementation\nSupport implementation activities, including testing, deployment, and post-release validation.\nAssist in quality assurance processes to ensure solutions meet business requirements.\nMonitor system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.\nStakeholder Engagement & Change Management\nWork closely with stakeholders to prepare for system and process changes.\nProvide advisory support and promote adoption of new tools and workflows.\nCommunicate project updates, risks, and progress to relevant stakeholders.\nReporting & Incident Management\nProvide regular status reports on project progress and key deliverables.\nSupport incident management by analyzing issues, identifying root causes, and recommending preventive actions.\nQualifications and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nAt least 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within financial services or credit-related environments.\nProven experience in data analysis and requirements documentation.\nTechnical Skills\nProficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as:\nMicrosoft Power BI\nMicrosoft Power Apps\nMicrosoft Excel\nSQL for data querying and analysis\nFamiliarity with IT frameworks such as Agile and ITIL\nExperience with enterprise financial or credit management systems is an advantage\nSkills and Competencies\nStrong analytical thinking and attention to detail\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment\nNice to Have\nExposure to credit risk or loan management platforms\nFamiliarity with enterprise financial operations or private sector financing processes\nWorking
