This role is critical for detecting and resolving discrepancies, supporting audit requirements, and driving continuous process improvements in cash management.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCash Reconciliation and Operations\nOversee daily, periodic, and monthly reconciliation of multiple bank accounts and financial systems to ensure alignment with the general ledger.\nTrack and monitor cash inflows and outflows, including collections, payments, and fund transfers.\nInvestigate and resolve open reconciling items such as variances, missing entries, duplicate postings, and unidentified transactions.\nCoordinate with Accounting, Treasury, AP, AR, and banking partners to resolve reconciliation issues.\nMonitor aged reconciling items and escalate unresolved cases to management when necessary.\nCash Control and Compliance\nSupport the implementation of internal control measures for cash handling and reconciliation processes.\nEnsure strict adherence to accounting policies, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.\nIdentify operational risks and control weaknesses, recommending corrective actions to strengthen governance.\nMaintain audit-ready reconciliation files and assist in both internal and external audit reviews.\nReporting and Financial Analysis\nPrepare reconciliation reports, variance analysis, and exception reports for management review.\nSupport month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure accurate reporting of cash balances in financial statements.\nAnalyze recurring issues and transaction patterns to determine root causes and drive improvements.\nSystems and Process Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve the accuracy and efficiency of reconciliation workflows.\nParticipate in ERP enhancements (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and automation initiatives for cash operations.\nContribute to the standardization of reconciliation procedures across various accounts.\nQualifications:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Management Accounting, or Accounting Information Systems.\nCertification: CPA certification is considered an advantage.\nExperience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bank reconciliation, cash operations, treasury support, or financial accounting.\nTechnical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (specifically SAP) and various Bank Systems is highly preferred.\nLocation: Katipunan, Quezon City\nWork Setup: Onsite\nSchedule: Monday-Friday;
