Role Overview
The Head of Cybersecurity is responsible for leading the delivery and execution of cybersecurity programs across the organization. This role oversees end-to-end service delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes, strong client engagement, and alignment with business objectives.
The position requires a seasoned leader with extensive experience in cybersecurity, capable of managing large-scale engagements, driving operational excellence, and leading high-performing teams in a dynamic, enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Cybersecurity Delivery Leadership
Lead the execution of multiple cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring delivery meets defined timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
Oversee and develop a high-performing cybersecurity team, promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on delivery matters, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship management.
Drive business development efforts, including proposal creation, solution design, and client presentations.
Manage delivery risks by identifying potential issues early and implementing mitigation strategies.
Oversee resource planning and allocation to ensure effective utilization across teams and partners.
Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices across all engagements.
Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and performance tracking to ensure transparency and accountability.
Promote continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging feedback, performance data, and emerging technologies.

Client Engagement: Support onboarding, transition, and delivery of cybersecurity solutions for enterprise stakeholders.
Risk Oversight: Monitor, assess, and escalate risks across projects and service delivery operations.
Operational Excellence: Implement process improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Business Continuity & Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant certifications, audit requirements, and continuity planning standards.
Cost & Efficiency Management: Drive productivity improvements, optimize resource utilization, and manage delivery costs effectively.
Innovation & Transformation: Lead initiatives focused on automation, digital transformation, and adoption of new technologies.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, including at least 5 years in a leadership or delivery management role.
Proven experience delivering complex cybersecurity programs within large or enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains such as identity and access management, threat management, risk and compliance, privacy, and third-party risk.
Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR) and regulatory requirements.
Experience working with a range of cybersecurity technologies and platforms across identity, access, and security operations domains.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detail.
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred
Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or equivalent.
Experience with enterprise cybersecurity platforms and tools across identity management and security ecosystems.
