presentations.\n\nManage delivery risks by identifying potential issues early and implementing mitigation strategies.\n\nOversee resource planning and allocation to ensure effective utilization across teams and partners.\n\nEnsure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices across all engagements.\n\nEstablish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and performance tracking to ensure transparency and accountability.\n\nPromote continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging feedback, performance data, and emerging technologies.\n\nStrategic Focus Areas\nClient Engagement: Support onboarding, transition, and delivery of cybersecurity solutions for enterprise stakeholders.\n\nRisk Oversight: Monitor, assess, and escalate risks across projects and service delivery operations.\n\nOperational Excellence: Implement process improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency and service quality.\n\nBusiness Continuity & Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant certifications, audit requirements, and continuity planning standards.\n\nCost & Efficiency Management: Drive productivity improvements, optimize resource utilization, and manage delivery costs effectively.\n\nInnovation & Transformation: Lead initiatives focused on automation, digital transformation, and adoption of new technologies.\n\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.\n\nMinimum of 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, including at least 5 years in a leadership or delivery management role.\n\nProven experience delivering complex cybersecurity programs within large or enterprise environments.\n\nStrong knowledge of cybersecurity domains such as identity and access management, threat management, risk and compliance, privacy, and third-party risk.\n\nFamiliarity with industry standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR) and regulatory requirements.\n\nExperience working with a range of cybersecurity technologies and platforms across identity, access, and security operations domains.\n\nStrong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detail.\n\nAbility to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments and manage multiple priorities.\n\nPreferred\nRelevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or equivalent.\n\nExperience with enterprise cybersecurity platforms and tools across identity
