Responsibilities\nSecure Pipeline & Infrastructure Engineering\nCI/CD Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines tailored for on-premises enterprise applications.\nSecurity Integration: Embed automated security scanning, vulnerability remediation, and compliance controls directly into build and release workflows.\nEnvironment Hardening: Manage and harden Windows and Linux environments used for build, test, and production, ensuring robust identity and access control management.\nDeployment Models: Support on-premises deployment strategies, including customer-managed servers and restricted network configurations.\nSoftware Distribution & Operations\nArtifact Management: Support the secure packaging, versioning, and distribution of software artifacts, including installers, services, and containers.\nSystem Stability: Collaborate with engineering teams to improve build reliability, deployment consistency, and runtime stability across hybrid environments.\nMonitoring & Response: Maintain on-premises monitoring, logging, and alerting services while leading incident response and root-cause analysis for system improvements.\nGovernance & Standards\nBest Practices: Establish and maintain DevSecOps standards and technical documentation to ensure scalable and repeatable processes.\nCompliance Advocacy: Partner with security and compliance teams to support audits and comprehensive technical security reviews.\nTechnology Evolution: Anticipate the impact of emerging technologies and adjust infrastructure strategies to maintain a secure, high-performance posture.\nRequirements\nExperience & Education\nEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.\nProfessional Tenure: Minimum of 6 years of experience with on-premises CI/CD tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps Server or equivalent).\n DevSecOps Mastery: Proven track record of implementing DevSecOps practices across the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).\nTechnical Skills\nAutomation: Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.\nSystems Hardening: Experience supporting production on-premises systems, including patching and familiarity with OWASP security practices.\nSecurity Tooling: Hands-on experience with secrets management, certificates, encryption, and artifact repositories.\nContainerization: Experience with Docker and familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) concepts.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSpecialized Systems: Experience supporting AI platforms or data-intensive systems in regulated or compliance-driven environments.\n Deployment Tooling: Hands-on experience with installer packaging (e.g., InstallShield, MSI/EXE).\n Hybrid Cloud: Experience with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) in a hybrid enterprise
