chain data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and performance improvements.\nSupport contract negotiations and renewals through cost/benefit analysis and spend insights.\nUtilize benchmark data to identify savings opportunities and track progress against targets.\nReporting & Dashboards\nDevelop and maintain dashboards and KPI tracking for system-wide initiatives.\nAdminister reporting mechanisms to monitor supply chain performance and operational efficiency.\nSupport diversity reporting programs by tracking supplier spend and classification within ERP systems.\nERP & Data Management\nLeverage ERP systems to extract, validate, and analyze clinical, financial, and operational data.\nEnsure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reporting outputs.\nMaintain knowledge of ERP functionality to support reporting and analytics requirements.\nStakeholder Support\nProvide analytical support to supply chain teams and local markets for custom reporting needs.\nTranslate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.\nAssist teams in identifying productivity improvements and cost optimization opportunities.\nProcess Improvement\nDocument methodologies and processes used in data analysis to ensure repeatability and transparency.\nEnhance data collection, compilation, and reporting processes for efficiency and scalability.\nQualifications and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, IT, or a related field.\nAt least 2 years of experience in healthcare supply chain or a similar industry.\nHands-on experience using or supporting ERP systems.\nFamiliarity with healthcare terminology, supply products, and procurement processes.\nPreferred:\nExperience with product classification systems such as UNSPSC, UPN, or GTIN.\nAdditional experience in healthcare environments or shared services organizations.\nSkills and Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to interpret large datasets and generate actionable insights.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI.\nHigh attention to detail and data accuracy.\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.\nCollaborative mindset
