modern security practices.\nKey Responsibilities\nNetwork Operations & Support\nSupport daily operations across LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and cloud network environments.\nAssist in managing enterprise network and security platforms such as Cisco (Meraki), Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, and Zscaler.\nMonitor network health, availability, and performance to ensure service reliability.\nPerform initial troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when necessary.\nSupport incident, change, and service request processes in alignment with SLAs and IT service management practices.\nDesign & Implementation\nContribute to network design initiatives for office, data center, and cloud environments.\nEngage with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nCollaborate with vendors and technology partners to support project delivery.\nAssist in developing expertise in network and security domains, with the goal of becoming a subject matter expert.\nDocumentation & Governance\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and design artifacts.\nSupport asset management, license tracking, and bill of materials (BOM) validation.\nEnsure all documentation is audit-ready and aligned with organizational standards.\nQualifications and Experience\nAt least 3 years of experience in network security and infrastructure support.\nMinimum 1 year of experience in network design and stakeholder engagement.\nHands-on experience with enterprise networking and security technologies, including Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, and Zscaler.\nExposure to cloud networking environments and architectures.\nFamiliarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) is an advantage.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong foundation in networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)\nUnderstanding of VLANs, routing concepts, and network segmentation\nKnowledge of firewall and VPN technologies\nExposure to switching and routing protocols (e.g., NAT, IPsec, dynamic routing, HSRP/VRRP)\nFamiliarity with wireless networking (Wi-Fi)\nAwareness of Zero Trust and network segmentation principles\nExposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and APIs is a plus\nUnderstanding of multi-tier architecture and enterprise network design\nCertifications (Preferred)\nCisco certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP)\nFortinet certifications (e.g., FCA, FCP)\nZscaler certifications (e.g., ZDTA)\nCloud certifications such as Microsoft Azure fundamentals\nSkills and
