Responsibilities\nAutomation Strategy & Execution\nLead end-to-end automation testing initiatives across multiple projects.\nDesign, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional and performance testing.\nImplement and improve QA automation frameworks, standards, and best practices.\nExecute automated test cycles and ensure timely completion aligned with project timelines.\nTest Planning & Delivery\nDevelop comprehensive test automation plans based on application requirements.\nDesign and execute both automated and manual test cases when necessary.\nMonitor test execution results, track defects, and ensure proper resolution through closure.\nProvide detailed reporting and insights to project stakeholders.\nCollaboration & Quality Improvement\nWork closely with development, project management, and QA teams to ensure quality standards are met.\nProvide actionable feedback on defects, including root cause analysis and preventive recommendations.\nSupport deployment activities and conduct post-release validation.\nRecommend enhancements to QA processes, particularly in automation testing practices.\nLeadership & Enablement\nCoordinate automation testing activities across teams and projects.\nMentor and support team members in building automation testing capabilities.\nConduct training sessions on QA tools, frameworks, and methodologies.\nQualifications and Experience\nProven experience in QA automation, including development of robust automated test frameworks beyond basic record-and-playback approaches.\nStrong programming experience in at least two languages such as C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, C++, or Java.\nExperience in testing mobile applications and cross-platform systems.\nHands-on expertise in scripting (including VBScript) and SQL.\nSolid understanding of Agile development methodologies and software testing lifecycle.\nTechnical Skills\nExperience with automation and performance testing tools such as:\nTricentis Tosca\nNeoLoad\nMicro Focus UFT\nMicro Focus ALM\nMicrosoft Visual Studio\nKnowledge of cross-browser testing and operating system compatibility considerations\nExperience working with modern IDEs and development environments\nFamiliarity with performance testing and test management tools is an advantage\nSkills and Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\nHigh attention to detail and quality orientation\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams\nAdaptability to changing
