experience working in Executive Search, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), FMCG, QSR, or large-scale Retail organizations, and is capable of managing both strategic and operational recruitment requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to selection, offer management, and onboarding.\nDevelop and execute recruitment strategies based on business requirements and workforce plans.\nOversee recruitment activities for Shared Services and Retail positions, including volume and specialized hiring.\nManage and optimize sourcing channels to build strong and sustainable talent pipelines.\nLead recruitment campaigns and talent attraction initiatives to support organizational hiring needs.\nEstablish effective relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand requirements and deliver qualified candidates.\nMonitor recruitment progress, hiring targets, pipeline activity, and recruitment metrics.\nPrepare and analyze recruitment reports using Excel and other recruitment tracking tools.\nEnsure accurate and timely maintenance of applicant records through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or manual tracking processes.\nIdentify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and overall hiring efficiency.\nManage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job platforms, and other talent acquisition partners.\nEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.\nLead, coach, and develop recruitment team members to achieve hiring objectives and maintain recruitment quality.\nSupport and implement employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen the organization's talent market presence.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.\nAt least 6-8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, including experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.\nStrong experience in Shared Services and Retail recruitment.\nExperience in Executive Search or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is highly preferred.\nExperience handling recruitment for FMCG, QSR, Retail, or other large-scale organizations is an advantage.\nProven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment strategy, and candidate pipeline development.\nExperience leading talent attraction or employer branding initiatives is preferred.\nFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.\nStrong Excel proficiency, particularly for applicant tracking, recruitment reports, data management, and recruitment metrics.\nStrong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements and priorities simultaneously.\nResults-oriented with a strong focus on recruitment delivery, hiring quality, and turnaround
