mid-market segments in the Philippines and Southeast Asia.\nOwn and achieve assigned revenue and sales targets through strategic prospecting and deal closure.\nEngage HR leaders, Finance heads, and C-level executives to understand business needs and challenges.\nDevelop tailored, value-based solutions aligned with client requirements and company capabilities.\nDeliver impactful presentations, proposals, and commercial offerings that address client pain points.\nManage and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and structured forecasting.\nTrack deal progress, update forecasts, and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and performance.\nOptimize conversion rates through disciplined follow-ups and deal management.\nBuild and maintain long-term client relationships to support retention and account expansion.\nIdentify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing and new accounts.\nAct as a trusted advisor to clients in HR transformation and workforce solutions.\nMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments in HR outsourcing and payroll.\nCollaborate with delivery, operations, and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service execution.\nContribute insights to refine go-to-market strategies and sales positioning.\n\nQualifications:\nMinimum 5-10 years of sales experience, with HR services, payroll, HRMS, or SaaS solutions.\nProven track record in enterprise or B2B solution selling with consistent achievement of revenue targets.\nStrong experience handling complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.\nStrong consultative selling and solution design capability.\nProficiency in CRM systems and pipeline management tools.\nAnalytical and commercially minded, with ability to interpret sales metrics and market data.\nHighly self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment.\nWillingness to travel across assigned territories as
