This role involves working across the full lifecycle of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors projects, covering core HR processes, talent management, payroll, time management, and analytics.\nThe successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and best practices.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Delivery & Implementation\nParticipate in all phases of project delivery, including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support \nLead or contribute to requirements gathering sessions and validation workshops with stakeholders \nPerform fit-gap analysis to evaluate business needs against standard system capabilities and recommend appropriate solutions \nConfigure SAP SuccessFactors modules based on approved business requirements \nMaintain and update configuration documentation and functional specifications \nDevelop process documentation, including workflows and approval structures \nSupport data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, and loading where required \nAssist in cutover planning and execution activities \nTesting & Quality Assurance\nConduct unit testing and support system integration testing and user acceptance testing \nManage and track defects, ensuring timely resolution of identified issues \nFacilitate system demonstrations to stakeholders during different project phases \nStakeholder Management & Support\nAct as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication of requirements and solutions \nProvide regular status updates and ensure timely resolution of open issues \nDeliver post-implementation support, including system maintenance and enhancements \nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organization \nContinuous Improvement & Practice Development\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and methodologies \nContribute to internal knowledge sharing, documentation, and capability development initiatives \nSupport development of reusable assets such as case studies, solution documentation, and best practices \nCollaborate with subject matter experts to enhance service delivery and solution offerings \n\nRequired Skills & Experience\nFunctional & Technical Expertise\nHands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration (minimum 1 year) \n3-5 years of relevant experience in SAP HCM, HR systems, or related IT/HR operations environments \nPrior experience working within HR functions or as an HR systems user/administrator (2-3 years preferred) \nStrong understanding of HR processes, including core HR, payroll, time management, talent management, and reporting \nExperience across full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, and deployment \nFamiliarity with SAP HCM (ECC) modules is an advantage \nSuccessFactors Module Exposure (any of the following)\nEmployee Central and related extensions (Time Off, Benefits, Payroll) \nTalent solutions (Performance, degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Engineering, IT, or related discipline \nConsulting & Behavioral Attributes\nDemonstrated ability to think critically and deliver practical, business-aligned solutions \nStrong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills \nAbility to plan, organize, and deliver work to agreed timelines and quality standards \nComfortable working in
