The successful candidate will drive architecture decisions, build scalable cloud solutions, mentor developers, and ensure high standards of security, performance, and maintainability across applications.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nCloud Architecture & Development\nLead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing applications on Microsoft Azure.\nDevelop clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.\nArchitect and optimize cloud-native and serverless solutions, including Azure Functions.\nEnhance application performance, reliability, and scalability.\n\nDevOps & Deployment\nDesign and manage CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, testing, and deployment processes.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration across environments.\nMaintain application security and compliance with cloud governance standards.\n\nTechnical Leadership\nProvide technical direction and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.\nConduct code reviews to maintain development quality standards.\nPartner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.\n\nDocumentation & Continuous Improvement\nProduce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.\nStay current with emerging Azure technologies, tools, and industry best practices.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development lifecycle.\n\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\n Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nMinimum of 7 years of experience in cloud development, including at least 5 years working extensively with Microsoft Azure.\nAdvanced expertise in Azure services and cloud architecture principles.\nStrong programming skills in C#, JavaScript, or Python.\nSolid experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\nExperience working within Agile development environments.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nDemonstrated ability to lead initiatives and guide development teams.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert(Certifications are an advantage; candidates actively pursuing certification are encouraged.)\n\nExperience in front-end development or full-stack development with stronger exposure to front-end technologies.\nHands-on experience building and optimizing solutions using Azure Functions.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\n Delivers scalable, secure, and production-ready Azure solutions.\nProvides strong technical leadership while remaining hands-on in development.\nEnsures efficient deployment processes and high-quality code standards.\nDrives architectural improvements and cloud innovation initiatives.\n\nImpact of the Role\n This position plays a critical role in strengthening the organization’s cloud capabilities and technical direction.
