performance.\nContribute to and lead test automation initiatives to maintain high software quality standards.\nCollaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to Weaviate) to enable semantic search and advanced AI functionality.\n\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nExperience & Technical Expertise\nMinimum of 5 years of professional experience in Java development, ideally within an eCommerce or high-transaction environment.\nStrong proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework (Cloud, Data, Security).\nSolid experience with Kafka and distributed messaging systems.\nHands-on expertise in MongoDB and other NoSQL database technologies.\nProven experience designing and maintaining microservices architectures.\nDemonstrated ability to debug, analyze, and optimize complex distributed systems.\nPractical experience deploying and managing applications on major cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS).\nStrong background in designing and implementing REST APIs.\nExperience with automated testing frameworks and strategies.\nHands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs) and embedding AI features into production systems.\nWorking knowledge of RAG methodologies and vector databases for semantic retrieval use cases.\nFluent English communication skills, both written and
