quality assurance, and security\nEnsure high-quality code through test-driven or behavior-driven development and comprehensive unit testing\nProduction Support & Issue Resolution\nAct as a senior escalation point for complex issues from support teams\nPerform deep root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes to prevent recurrence\nDebug and resolve defects in collaboration with development and support teams\nDevelop patches, scripts, or system improvements to enhance stability and performance\nWork with internal teams and external partners as needed to resolve critical least 5 years of experience in system architecture, design, and application development\nProven experience supporting production environments, including handling hotfixes and Level 3 (L3) support\nStrong experience in developing web-based applications and RESTful APIs\nProficiency in .NET Core and C#\nExperience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, XML, CSS, and React\nExperience with SharePoint and SPFx development\nSolid experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL-based systems)\nFamiliarity with version control and CI/CD practices\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans)\nExposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure)\nExperience with YAML-based pipelines\nKnowledge of Generative AI integration or AI-driven automation\nFamiliarity with service management tools (e.g., ITSM platforms)\nOther Requirements\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills\nExperience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)\nAbility to work effectively in team settings and collaborate with diverse stakeholders\nComfortable engaging with senior stakeholders in complex
