Infrastructure & Operations\nDesign, implement, monitor, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure environments.\n\nSupport installation, configuration, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance of network systems and services.\n\nManage day-to-day network operations and support infrastructure-related projects.\n\nDesign and implement network solutions to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.\n\nSupport enterprise WAN/LAN and network security infrastructure across multiple environments.\n\nInstall, configure, and support network technologies including routing, switching, and DDI platforms (DNS, DHCP, IP address management).\n\nProject Delivery & Migration Support\nLead or support end-to-end network deployment and infrastructure migration initiatives.\n\nProvide technical guidance during system integration and migration activities.\n\nCollaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure successful project delivery.\n\nSupport global infrastructure programs and associated technical documentation requirements.\n\nIncident & Problem Management\nManage incidents, problem resolution, and change activities related to network and security infrastructure.\n\nTroubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and participate in critical incident response activities.\n\nPerform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.\n\nIdentify operational risks and implement long-term solutions to improve service stability.\n\nAutomation, Compliance & Documentation\nSupport automation initiatives through scripting and infrastructure automation practices.\n\nEnsure compliance with enterprise standards, operational controls, and audit requirements.\n\nMaintain accurate technical documentation including network diagrams, inventory records, traffic flows, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.\n\nSupport vulnerability remediation and infrastructure audit activities.\n\nQualifications\nRequired\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise network engineering, infrastructure operations, and deployment projects.\n\nStrong experience in enterprise WAN/LAN environments and network security infrastructure.\n\nHands-on expertise in:\nRouting and switching\n\nTCP/IP networking\n\nEnterprise network infrastructure\n\nFirewall technologies\n\nDNS, DHCP, and IP address management platforms\n\nExperience supporting end-to-end infrastructure deployment and migration projects.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.\n\nExperience handling major incidents and conducting root cause analysis activities.\n\nFamiliarity with automation scripting and infrastructure automation practices.\n\nStrong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.\n\nExperience working within multinational or global enterprise environments.\n\nProficiency with standard productivity and
