high-quality software.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn quality for assigned features and releases; act as a quality advocate throughout the SDLC.\nAnalyze requirements and user stories to define test scope, coverage, risks, and priorities.\nDesign and execute manual test cases, including functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and UAT.\nPerform end-to-end business flow validation and manage the defect lifecycle.\nDevelop and maintain automated tests using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript), covering UI, API, and end-to-end scenarios.\nIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and identify candidates for automation based on risk and business value.\nLeverage GenAI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude AI) to optimize test cases, enhance exploratory testing, and accelerate automation development.\nUtilize test management and reporting tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM) for traceability and reporting.\nCollaborate closely with Product, Business, Development, and DevOps teams.\nPartner with developers to validate functionality early in the development lifecycle.\nSupport shift-left and shift-right testing practices and continuous quality improvement initiatives.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n6+ years in Software QA / Quality Engineering, with at least 2 years of hands-on Playwright automation experience.\nStrong foundation in automation and manual testing principles, with practical test design skills.\nProficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.\nExperience with BDD concepts and Gherkin (e.g., Cucumber).\nPractical use of GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude AI, Jasper, Copy AI, Gemini) in automation or manual testing.\nExperience in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.\nAPI testing experience.\nExperience with test management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira (Zephyr/Xray), or Micro Focus ALM.\n\nPreferred / Nice-to-Have\nExposure to contract testing or service virtualization.\nAwareness of accessibility and
