Responsibilities\nManage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.\nDevelop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates.\nPartner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and deliver quality talent within agreed timelines.\nManage recruitment pipelines and ensure accurate tracking of candidate progress and hiring activities.\nLead initiatives focused on talent attraction, candidate engagement, and employer branding.\nMonitor recruitment metrics and provide updates on hiring progress and pipeline status.\nIdentify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.\nSupport recruitment requirements across both corporate and operational functions.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience.\nStrong experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing.\nExperience handling high-volume or multiple recruitment requirements is highly preferred.\nExperience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an advantage.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and recruitment tracking.\nExposure to employer branding, recruitment campaigns, or talent attraction initiatives.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.\nExperience in retail, FMCG, QSR, shared services, recruitment, or
